As part of our experienced team, the role demands operating various heavy equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Applicants should be prepared for physically demanding 10-12 hour shifts. This position values your ability to follow directions and work autonomously on remote job sites. Previous experience in civil construction is advantageous and showcases your professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and warm-ups
• Operate excavators, articulated trucks, and dozers safely




• Ensure machine cleanliness and explicit visibility
• Keep detailed daily logs of equipment hours
• Inform site supervisors of any operational issues

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years heavy equipment operating experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s licence
• Capable of 10-12 hour shifts on 14/7 rotations
• Background in heavy civil construction an advantage
• Mine Supervisor certification preferred
