This critical in office role reports to the Director, Buy on Board, and requires collaboration with both suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage onboard retail purchases and catering supplies
• Analyze supply needs based on sales and trends
• Monitor and optimize inventory performance and transfers




• Maintain supplier relationships and performance evaluations
• Conduct inventory audits and reconciliations

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in inventory management and purchasing
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP tools
• Previous experience in hospitality or retail preferred
• Must pass criminal record check and be legally eligible to work in Canada
