The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of three years' experience in recruitment and training within a manufacturing workplace. You'll lead efforts in sourcing talent, coordinating onboarding, and liaising between departments to facilitate training and engagement strategies that enhance workplace culture while aiding health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment for Production and Office roles
• Facilitate new hire training and onboarding procedures




• Enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
• Conduct health and safety inspections and training
• Maintain accurate HR records through HUMI HRIS

Requirements:
• CHRP designation required; CHRL preferred
• Experience with health and safety programs
• Knowledge of Employment Standards and Health Acts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams
