As a Clinical Educator, you’re pivotal in fostering a culture of learning. Your role involves creating educational strategies that align with industry standards and enhance nursing competencies. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate nursing orientation and educational programs
• Facilitate workshops and clinical demonstrations
• Mentor nursing staff and provide constructive feedback




• Coordinate training for Infection Prevention & Control
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives across care communities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and registered with CRNA
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in senior care
• Certification in Gerontological Nursing preferred
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
