In this vital position, you will report directly to the CEO, managing all human resources functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct recruitment and onboarding activities for new staff
• Manage performance reviews and employee growth programs
• Ensure adherence to employment legislation and best practices




• Guide and mentor HR assistants and volunteers
• Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the Centre

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• 5+ years of HR experience with supervisory roles
• Knowledge of labour laws and safety regulations
• Proven ability in change management and leadership development
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
