As Extendicare’s Nutrition Manager, your role is pivotal in enhancing residents' dining satisfaction and wellbeing. This full-time position involves leading a culinary team while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality food services. You will ensure compliance with budget and health regulations while fostering a positive dining atmosphere that respects individual dietary needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage culinary operations to meet residents’ nutritional goals
• Develop a high-performing food service team
• Customize menus with input from residents and families




• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations
• Support financial targets through budget management

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in dietary roles required
• At least one year in a leadership capacity
• Valid Food Safety Handler’s Certificate essential
• CSNM membership or RD status (ONTARIO ONLY)
• Capability to provide a recent Vulnerable Sector Check
