Egis is hiring a BIM Modeler specializing in HVAC and plumbing, utilizing Revit to create detailed models and construction documentation. This role offers an opportunity to work with engineers and architects in a thriving team.

As a key member of Egis's engineering team, you will develop and coordinate Revit models for extensive building projects. Your collaboration with offshore design teams will facilitate seamless workflows and model consistency. You'll also have the chance to mentor junior designers and assist in enhancing BIM efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop 3D models for HVAC and plumbing systems with Revit
• Prepare accurate construction documentation and equipment layouts
• Lead spatial coordination with multidisciplinary teams




• Maintain corporate BIM standards and project setups
• Assist in training junior BIM designers in best practices

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related
• At least 5 years of MEP experience in Revit
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit and BIM tools
• Solid grasp of mechanical system components
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
