Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive 3D models for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Assist Mechanical Designers in system design and equipment sizing
• Create detailed installation drawings for project submissions




• Model and coordinate natural gas systems for buildings
• Stay current with BIM advancements and represent WSP at events

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modelling
• Expert in Revit and associated tools like Navisworks
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation
• Robust grasp of mechanical systems and code requirements
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in workflow management
