Empower Métis citizens by becoming the Health Promotion Manager for Métis Nation–Saskatchewan. Manage programs that directly improve health access and well-being for Indigenous communities.
This full time position reports to the Director of Health, Mental Health, and Addictions. Your role will involve managing health promotion programs such as the Oral Health Fund and actively engaging community stakeholders. Lead a dedicated team while ensuring program adherence and effectiveness in delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee health promotion staff and initiatives daily
• Develop strategic health promotion plans and budgets
• Engage with community stakeholders to improve health outcomes
• Ensure program compliance and maintain documentation standards
• Prepare and report on health program statistics
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or pertinent experience in health fields
• 3-5 years of experience with Indigenous populations
• Strong analytical and communication skills preferred
• Experience in planning and managing health initiatives
• Must have valid driver's license and transportation availability
Drive significant health improvements for Métis citizens through leadership, strategic management, and community partnerships.
