As a Registered Nurse, you must hold a current certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess relevant mental health experience. Excellent interpersonal and de-escalation skills are crucial for facilitating positive outcomes in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage patients' mental health needs
• Implement effective discharge plans with patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team




• Educate patients and families about health and wellness
• Conduct pharmacological treatments and monitor symptoms

Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Registration from Ontario
• 1-2 years of recent mental health experience
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Knowledge of applicable mental health regulations
• Bilingualism in English and French preferred
