WCL is on the hunt for a Mainline Excavator Operator with a solid background in water and sewer construction. This role is pivotal for ensuring accurate underground installations and enhancing overall site safety.

As a Mainline Excavator Operator, you will contribute directly to water and sewer infrastructure projects. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of excavating experience, proficiently handling mainline trenching while adhering to safety protocols around live services and existing utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators for water and sewer installations
• Maintain accurate line, grade, and trench widths
• Collaborate with pipe crews and site supervisors
• Use lasers and grade stakes effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in excavation

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of operating excavators in construction
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Willingness to obtain WHMIS & CSTS 2020 certification
• Strong understanding of shoring and trench safety
• Reliable, punctual, with a team-oriented approach
