As a Case Manager, you will play a key role in assisting women dealing with homelessness and mental health issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients
• Conduct detailed assessments to identify strengths and needs
• Regularly update individualized case plans with clients




• Facilitate safety planning and risk assessments
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required
• Must be registered with a skilled association
• Strong knowledge of addictions and recovery principles
