With over five years of operating experience, you'll handle dozers, perform essential equipment checks, and assist your team on the ground when not operating machinery. We are dedicated to maintaining operational excellence in excavation and earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate dozer and other heavy machinery
• Carry out daily safety and maintenance protocols
• Fine grade and provide finishing touches as needed




• Employ GPS technology as an additional skill
• Offer support to ground crew when equipment isn’t in use

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant dozer operation experience
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs regularly
• Willing to work out of town, if necessary
• Commitment to long hours including weekends
• Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving
