You'll leverage your SaaS expertise to identify renewal risks while aiming for expansion opportunities that align BioRender’s offerings with customer needs. Independence and accountability are crucial as you work towards driving value and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renewals and expansions in a Mid-Market portfolio
• Develop trusted relationships with scientific and operational stakeholders
• Forecast risks while identifying growth opportunities
• Align platform capabilities with customer workflows
• Conduct onboarding and training to optimize time-to-value
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role
• Expertise in full commercial lifecycle management
• Strong engagement abilities with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with Customer Success metrics and strategy
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences is advantageous
