In this full time, permanent role, you’ll utilize your automotive sales experience to deliver expert training, both virtually and onsite. Travel within North America is required, with approximately two weeks spent at customer sites each month. Your contributions will ensure successful software implementation and customer satisfaction, fostering learning and maximizing success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver effective, engaging training sessions to customers
• Manage and navigate PBS DMS for dealers




• Become proficient in the PBS software and training processes
• Respond promptly to training and customer needs

Requirements:
• 1-2 years automotive experience focused on sales operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel within Canada and the USA
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High school diploma
