In this position, you will apply counseling methods within outdoor environments to guide at-risk youth. Your main responsibilities will include individual and group therapy, organizing essential outdoor experiences, and collaborating across disciplines. Play a crucial role in embedding mental health practices within educational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver therapy and family support for youth
• Facilitate engaging group counseling sessions
• Participate in outdoor camps and educational events
• Foster connections with community partners
• Support land-based and emotional learning initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s in Counselling Psychology or Social Work
• Minimum of 3 years youth experience
• Willingness to adapt to diverse scheduling
• Previous work in education is beneficial
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
