Morguard is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to contribute to our real estate success. This role combines employee relations, compliance, and strategic support in a collaborative setting.

As part of the HR team, you will report to the HR Manager and ensure high client service standards while managing employee relations. Your skills will help facilitate recruitment, performance management, and development initiatives, supporting a robust workplace culture. You will also uphold compliance with HR policies and employment standards across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and leadership
• Resolve employee concerns and performance issues
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new staff
• Manage performance development and training programs
• Maintain HR records and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
• Experience with HR legislation across several provinces
• Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
