Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a robust sales culture and quality service
• Set clear performance standards and evaluate staff
• Monitor branch operations for efficiency




• Proactively resolve member issues for satisfaction
• Establish strategic growth plans based on market analysis

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years in credit granting roles
• Completion or enrollment in CSC of IFIC or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of regulatory policies and products
• Proven track record in team coaching and mentorship
