Be the key organizer for events and volunteer initiatives at Meadowridge School. Engage with staff and the community to create successful and memorable experiences.

In this role, the Events and Volunteer Manager will report to the Director of Development & Community Relations and lead a variety of activities. Candidates must excel in customer service and possess at least 5 years of management experience in events and volunteering. This position will involve planning and executing various school events while working closely with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of diverse events
• Manage volunteer committees and coordinate training
• Collaborate with departments for program success
• Handle vendor contracts and logistics thoroughly
• Maintain a repository of event data and outcomes

Requirements:
• Preferred degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of audio/visual operations
• Valid BC driver's license and regional travel
• Ability to adapt and work extended hours
