In this pivotal position, you will report to the Director of Human Resources, providing expert advice to leaders across the Alberta Sheriffs Police Service. Your role requires extensive knowledge in employee relations and organizational development, as you will address complex people-related challenges while proactively identifying workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR advice on employee and labour relations matters
• Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies
• Collaborate on organizational design and job classification




• Deliver employee relations support and issue resolution
• Coach managers on workplace issues and performance management

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
• One year of progressive HR experience in a unionized environment
• CPHR designation preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License
