In this pivotal role, you will conduct comprehensive investigative reviews into responsible incidents involving youths in care. Your ability to gather insights, analyze data, and produce clear reports will directly influence the advocacy work and improvements within Alberta's child-serving systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out investigative reviews of case-related incidents
Compile and synthesize information from various sources
Engage with stakeholders and families for clarity and context
Identify and document systemic issues for public reporting
Create non-identifying reports and actionable recommendations
Requirements:
University degree in social work, psychology, or similar
Minimum of five years relevant experience
Skilled in complex project management
Knowledge of child-serving systems and Indigenous issues
Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
