Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical program areas in compliance with standards

Ensure adherence to licensing and accreditation requirements

Implement quality initiatives to achieve goals

Requirements:
Minimum three years in long-term care as registered staff
Must have current RN registration
Bachelor of Nursing preferred or nursing diploma
CPR certification required
Demonstrated communication and leadership skills
