Key Responsibilities: • Take key diagnostic images for orthodontic plans • Facilitate treatment discussions with parents and patients • Organize financial contracts and payment plans • Answer patient questions and liaise with insurance • Collaborate with Financial Coordinator to finalize deals

Requirements: • High School diploma required • Solid computer skills; previous software knowledge a plus • Proven sales skills are preferred • Ability to maintain organization in a busy practice • Must be prepared to travel among multiple offices
