Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centred care for multiple sclerosis
Conduct independent nurse-led clinics for proactive support
Implement education to prevent hospital admissions




Develop the Specialist Nurse role within the MS Service
Collaborate with the MS Team for improved patient outcomes

Requirements:
Significant experience in MS and neuroscience care
Desire for continuous improvement in MS support
Robust communication and collaboration skills
Independent prescribing qualification preferred, not essential
