This role reports to the Controller, where you will oversee the complete payroll cycle and Accounts Payable processes. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a agile work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll and related tasks, including remittance
Manage a high volume of supplier invoices effectively
Match invoices with purchase orders accurately
Collaborate with Operations to resolve invoices swiftly
Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate discrepancies

Requirements:
At least a college diploma in accounting
Minimum three years’ experience in a construction setting
Certified Payroll Qualified (CPP) is mandatory
Proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel
Ability to handle tasks with precision and confidentiality
