Join Rockwell Automation in Kitchener as a Manufacturing Processes Engineer, focusing on process optimization and continuous improvement to achieve high-quality production standards.

We’re searching for an engineer ready to enhance manufacturing methods and implement creative solutions. The role involves hands-on collaboration with teams to anticipate production challenges and develop effective tooling concepts. You will work to maximize overall productivity and safety in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize work instructions and PFMEAs
Collaborate on equipment procurement and integration
Lead initiatives focused on Continuous Improvement and 5S
Design material handling carts and production fixtures
Validate current processes through comprehensive test plans

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
10% travel is expected
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Solid Works and ERP knowledge required
Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices

Drive efficiency and quality in manufacturing with proactive strategies at Rockwell Automation in Kitchener.
