POSITION SUMMARY

Coordinate with cooks, plate dishes neatly and consistently, and prepare completed orders for dine-in, takeout, bar/patio service, and pickup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with cooks to track order timing, modifications, allergies, and service priorities.
Plate dishes consistently with correct portions, garnishes, sides, sauces, and finishing touches.
Check tickets for accuracy before dishes leave the kitchen or are packaged for takeout.
Communicate with servers, cooks, and management about readiness, delays, or missing items.
Keep the pass, plating, garnish, and service pickup areas clean, stocked, and organized.
Support takeout packaging, restocking, light prep, and opening/closing station duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Kitchen, plating, expediting, prep, food runner, or restaurant experience preferred.
Solid attention to detail, organization, timing, and communication with cooks and servers.
Able to stay calm and accurate during busy service periods.
Able to follow food safety, sanitation, allergen awareness,



and workplace safety procedures.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND APPLY
