Job PurposeThe creation and verification of set up layouts and that the necessary materials are available and correctly dispensed.Duties And ResponsibilitiesIssues set up package to set up teams by shiftEnsures the long schedule set up times are recorded every rotating weekPreventative Maintenance - unique requirements for the production runAudits daily nozzle inspection for completion - correct rating of severityAudits per set up checklist for completion /accuracyMonitors/Records components needed for set up based on min/max - complete form to order and give to the maintenance coordinatorComplies with all corporate policies and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration rules (OHSA)
