Become an essential part of the University of Alberta as an Athletics Account Executive focused on ticket sales in Edmonton. Drive sales for Golden Bears and Pandas Athletics. This in-person position is located at North Campus, South Campus, and at Silent Ice Centre, extending through the 2026-27 conference season and playoffs.

Expect to work mainly Friday and Saturday evenings, with some additional weekday hours available. Perfect for individuals passionate about sports and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Actively sell ticket packages and manage group sales
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences at events
- Collaborate with fellow team members on sales initiatives
- Assist the Event Ticketing Lead in operations
- Provide service during ticketing processes Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Team-oriented and enthusiastic
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
