We are looking for friendly, dependable and service-minded people to join our team in a variety of guest-facing positions, including Valet, Front Desk Agent and Reservations Agent.

The Front Office is at the centre of the guest experience. From the first telephone call or email to the moment a guest arrives—and throughout their stay—our team helps ensure every interaction feels welcoming, organized and professional.

Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required. We hire for personality first and are happy to train candidates who bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills and genuine interest in helping others.

Valet

Be one of the first people to welcome our guests to the resort. Valets assist with luggage, safely park and retrieve vehicles, provide directions and resort information, and help arrivals and departures run smoothly.

Front Desk Agent

Welcome guests, complete check-ins and checkouts, respond to questions and requests, process payments and communicate with other departments to support a seamless stay.

Reservations Agent

Help guests plan their visit by telephone and email, explain our accommodations, packages and resort experiences, create accurate reservations and work toward individual and team booking goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your position, you may:

- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Answer questions and share accurate information about the resort, its amenities and services.
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, reservations and guest requests.
- Complete transactions, reservations and daily tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with other resort departments to ensure requests and important information are followed through.
- Anticipate guest needs and help resolve concerns promptly,



involving a leader when additional support is required.
- Keep your work area organized, presentable and ready to welcome guests.

- A friendly personality and genuine desire to help others.
- A positive attitude, dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Comfort using computers and the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm, courteous and solutions-focused when plans change.
- Reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays according to business needs.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Previous customer-service, sales or hospitality experience is an asset but not required. Experience with Maestro or another property-management system is also an asset.





Some requirements are specific to individual positions:

- Valet candidates must hold a valid Canadian driver’s licence. The ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle is an asset.
- Valet and Front Desk positions involve standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Valet candidates must be comfortable lifting and handling luggage weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Reservations candidates should be comfortable communicating confidently by telephone and email and working toward booking goals.
- Fluency in additional languages is an asset in all Front Office positions.

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
