Square One is seeking an experienced Claims Manager in Auto Insurance based in Vancouver, BC. Use your leadership skills to modernize claims operations and improve customer experiences. As a permanent full-time team leader, your role is pivotal in developing a high-performing auto claims department.

You will implement up-to-date workflows and establish standards that prioritize customer service while ensuring compliance with BC laws. Your strong communication abilities will foster collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a team of auto claims adjusters
- Develop contemporary claims processes and workflows
- Establish compliance with BC Insurance Act and best practices
- Negotiate with vendors within the repair network
- Integrate technology tools to streamline claims Requirements:
- At least 8–10 years in auto claims adjusting
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within BC
- CIP or FCIP preferred
- Level 2 or Level 3 Insurance Adjuster License
