We seek individuals with a background in hospitality management and experience at the Assistant Manager or Operations Manager level. Key expertise includes leadership in high-volume environments and ability to inspire diverse teams while managing budgets and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of resort food outlets
• Ensure smooth services while addressing guest needs
• Be present on the floor during peak times
• Deliver coaching and performance evaluations to staff
• Collaborate with kitchen teams to maintain food standards

Requirements:
• 1-4 years of experience in Food & Beverage roles
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Food Safe Level 1 certification (Level 2 preferred)
• Certification in Serving it Right
• Proven experience with budget management
