Candidates should possess at least three years of leadership experience and a comprehension of aggregate processing equipment and practices. You will enhance plant performance and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement safety and environmental compliance measures
• Oversee raw material and workforce management
• Review and optimize production costs and quality
• Assist with mine planning and budget needs
• Direct improvements in plant processes
Requirements:
• Supervisory experience of 3 years or more
• Competency in mechanics and aggregate specifications
• Exceptional applied math and reasoning abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license for traveling to sites
