Through your customer-centric approach, you will address service requests promptly while supporting recent team members in training initiatives. Maintaining vehicles and equipment will also be part of your role to ensure optimal operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections to meet ServiceMaster standards
• Manage client interactions and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment used
• Keep vehicles neat and ensure equipment function
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Requirements:
• High School Diploma mandatory
• 2+ years in cleaning/restoration services
• Prior supervisory experience is beneficial
• Requires valid Class G Ontario Driver's license
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
