You will report directly to the Manager of Accounting and focus on generating detailed financial statements alongside property-level analysis. This role also includes responsibilities like monitoring bank accounts, reconciling transactions, and verifying invoices. Your contributions will support the overall goal of financial integrity and cutting-edge property management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions
• File necessary GST forms and assist with payables




• Maintain accurate records for property management statements
• Support month-end close activities across properties

Requirements:
• Educational background in accounting (degree or diploma)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Proficient in Yardi and other accounting software
• Real estate, construction accounting experience preferred
• CPA designation is a plus
