Become a Machine Shop Technician specializing in Boring Mill operations at Collins Aerospace in Oakville, Ontario. This onsite role focuses on aircraft part production and requires operational excellence on the Weekend Day shift.

As part of the Advanced Structures team, you will report to the Machine Shop Supervisor, executing exact manual set-ups, monitoring tolerances, and documenting quality assurance processes. Your hands-on experience in 5 Axis Machining will be an asset in achieving production goals and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct manual CNC set-ups using G codes
• Monitor and adjust tolerances during machining processes
• Document machining activities for quality control




• Follow set-up and manufacturing sheets for operations
• Support 5S activities and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Boring Mill machining
• High school diploma and blueprint reading skills
• Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements to work in Canada
• Experience with 5 Axis Machining is a plus
• Strong English communication skills
