In this role, based in Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal, you will support the joint investigation program by ensuring accurate data management and effective coordination of meeting materials. Your background in fraud investigation alongside communication proficiency will be key to navigating this administrative position successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee investigation submissions and documentation requirements
• Coordinate and prepare documents for website posting
• Respond to both internal and external queries
• Maintain program datastore with up-to-date information
• Ensure precise data entry and participate in program analysis
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a university degree
• Strong knowledge of fraud investigation practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in database applications and MS Office
• Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
