Dialogue seeks licensed professionals with in-person practices across Canada to join our EAP network. You will receive referrals based on demand in your area, allowing you to enrich your practice while aiding clients through goal-oriented consultations. Your role is pivotal in creating a supportive dialogue about mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive referrals corresponding to area demand
• Facilitate short-term consultations focused on solutions
• Help clients identify and navigate personal issues
• Encourage open conversations in a judgment-free space
• Aid clients in locating supplementary resources
Requirements:
• Degree in counselling-related field
• Qualified license and insurance valid in Canada
• In-person session capability from an office
• Experience providing short-term counselling beneficial
• Knowledge of community resources preferred
