Food World Plus is seeking a highly skilled Retail Grocery Accountant to handle full-cycle accounting operations within our grocery store setting. This role will focus on accounts payable, receivable, and vendor reconciliations, as well as financial reporting. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with management and store operations to ensure the accuracy of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting processes including AP and AR
• Process and manage vendor and purchase invoices




• Resolve vendor statement discrepancies efficiently
• Conduct daily sales and POS reconciliations
• Manage inventory accounting with a focus on waste and COGS

Requirements:
• Strong background in retail grocery accounting
• Knowledge of inventory movement and supplier transactions
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in financial reporting and audit support
• Experience with month-end/year-end activities
