ISL is hiring a Municipal Planning Engineer with expertise in hydraulic modelling in Burnaby, BC. Drive impactful municipal projects through a hybrid work model focusing on water systems.

Join ISL’s Municipal Infrastructure Planning Team, where you'll collaborate with experts in water infrastructure to enhance municipal systems. This role demands a robust background in hydraulic modelling and planning, along with excellent client communication abilities. Become a part of a dynamic team that prioritizes collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan urban hydraulic systems for water and wastewater
• Carry out hydrologic and hydraulic modelling tasks
• Introduce innovative solutions for future municipal needs




• Prepare detailed engineering reports and figures
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in modelling practices

Requirements:
• P.Eng. designation recognized by EGBC
• Minimum of 4-6 years relevant experience required
• Proficient in hydraulic modelling software like WaterCAD
• Strong verbal and written communication proficiency
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and ArcGIS Pro is beneficial
