Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough reviews of client information for claims
• Draft and finalize legal documents in compliance with court rules
• Manage timely service and filing of legal pleadings




• Maintain tracking systems to monitor file progress
• Ensure timely completion of deadlines and procedural requirements

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of Alberta litigation experience
• In-depth knowledge of civil litigation procedures
• Proven experience drafting Statements of Claim
• Strong organizational abilities and accuracy focus
