Advance your academic career as an Early Career Fellow at the Pears Institute for the Study of Antisemitism. Focus on significant historical research from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
The Pears Institute is on the lookout for a Research Fellow for two years starting September 2015. Candidates need to have a completed or nearly finished doctorate and an established research area that supports the Institute's mission in studying antisemitism. Specializations in European, Middle Eastern, or American history, including Empires, are particularly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct critical research on antisemitism-related historical contexts
• Explore and define research interests in line with Institute focus
• Engage and contribute to the academic discourse
• Present findings at scholarly conferences and workshops
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary research projects
Requirements:
• Doctorate in history or closely related field
• Specialization in nineteenth or twentieth century history
• Transparent alignment with the Institute's research goals
• Strong organizational and research skills
• Excellent communication abilities
