• Support infrastructure upgrades and renovation projects

Requirements:
• At least three years of facilities maintenance experience
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in maintenance
• Unrestricted Class 5 Driver's Licence and explicit background check
• Willingness to travel between properties
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
