Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Analyst for its Investment Operations team, located in downtown Toronto. This role, on-site 5 days a week, assists in the management of private investment portfolios throughout their lifecycle.
The 6-month contract involves providing operational support and maintaining data integrity in investment and transaction records. With a minimum of 3 years in investment operations, candidates should be familiar with private markets and possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This position requires resolving operational discrepancies and enhancing operational controls through solid relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operational administration of investment portfolios

• Help with cash management and audits
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in investment operations or asset servicing
• Exposure to private markets or alternative investments
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area
