Key Responsibilities:
• Build lasting relationships with vulnerable youth
• Engage in community outreach to support youth
• Utilize independent critical thinking in crisis situations
• Manage activities in Youth Services drop-in areas
• Design and implement outreach programs and events
Requirements:
• Degree in social sciences or a youth-related area
• Two years of experience in youth-focused roles
• Current Emergency First Aid and CPR certifications
• Hold an unrestricted Class 4 BC Driver's License
• Training in mental health and coaching is advantageous
