Mobility seeks an AI Governance Specialist to support its AI Architecture & Governance team. You will maintain AI standards, operationalize governance controls, and track regulatory changes across the evolving landscape. This position involves collaboration with Legal and Engineering teams to ensure compliant practices with AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain AI standards and processes
• Operationalize data governance controls for AI
• Track regulatory changes and update AI frameworks
• Audit AI inventory for accuracy and completeness
• Assemble compliance evidence for regulatory adherence

Requirements:
• Experience in AI/ML governance or compliance
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and legislation
• Skills in policy development and compliance documentation
• Familiarity with GRC processes is a plus
• Ability to collaborate across functions for compliance
