In this position, you'll engage with a wide range of immigration cases, helping clients navigate complex procedures. Your role will involve processing inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring that all applications meet deadlines. Candidates should have any level of immigration law experience, particularly with LMIA and Express Entry programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key contact for client inquiries and updates
• Draft and complete government forms for various applications
• Research to stay updated on immigration processes




• Take full ownership of assigned files and billing tasks
• Facilitate scheduling of appointments and client meetings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required
• Previous legal administrative or immigration experience preferred
• Must possess strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills mandatory
• Must work effectively in a busy environment
