Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise crew performance and safety compliance
• Maintain digital records of inspections and work
• Inspect properties for necessary gardening tasks
• Provide input to the Estimating department for improvements
• Use powered equipment for tasks like mowing and trimming

Requirements:
• Experience in leading maintenance crews
• Clean G License is mandatory
• Experience with trucks and trailers
