Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze learning needs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create diverse instructional materials, including e-learning modules
• Assess the effectiveness of training using data and participant input




• Actively promote training initiatives and establish partnerships
• Research technological advancements in learning

Requirements:
• Diploma in educational technology or similar
• Significant experience in adult education and training design
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and authoring tools like Articulate 360
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
• Fluent in French and English
