You will work collaboratively with business leaders, providing expert advice on employee relations, compensation strategies, and policy applications. This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and strategic guidance to enhance the HR function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR advice on employee matters
• Collaborate on grievance resolutions and inquiries

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in HR
